How I see it

Clarity is the product.

Every business now has access to the same models. What people pay for — and refer for — is the rare feeling of finally understanding what their work is for.

Systems, not tools.

A new tool is a hope. A new system is a decision. Most ambition I see is reaching for the first when the second is what would actually change things.

Positioning is upstream of marketing.

You cannot out-execute weak positioning. You can only inflate the cost of explaining yourself. The cheapest investment most teams skip is one week of disciplined positioning work.

Long horizons win.
